Delivery Fees & Minimums

Standard Delivery

• Free Delivery: Orders over $50
• Small Order Fee: $10 for orders under $50
• Typical Delivery Time: 1-3 hours from order confirmation

Express Delivery

• Express Fee: $15 (any order size)
• Delivery Time: 45-90 minutes from order confirmation
• Availability: Subject to driver availability in your area

• Unmarked Vehicles: Our delivery drivers use personal vehicles with no company branding

Delivery Policy

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 30 minutes after placement
• Once a driver is dispatched, cancellations may incur a $10 service fee
• Contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order

Delivery Attempts

• Drivers will attempt delivery once at the specified address
• If recipient is unavailable or cannot provide valid ID, order will be returned
• Returned orders may incur a $15 return fee
• You can reschedule delivery by contacting us within 24 hours

Delivery Address Requirements

• Must provide a complete, accurate street address
• PO boxes and community mailboxes are not accepted
• Deliveries to condos/apartments require unit number and buzzer code
• Someone 19+ with valid ID must be present to receive delivery

Track Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive updates via text message or email including:

• Order confirmation and estimated delivery window
• Driver dispatch notification
• Driver en route update with approximate arrival time
• Delivery completion confirmation
